Peter_Degnan.jpgPeter is Vice Dean of Finance and Administration at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business where he oversees operating and capital budget, human resources, computing, and facilities.  He joined Wharton in 2002 as director of MBA Career Management, and in 2004 was appointed executive director of Executive Education. He previously served as managing director at UBS Warburg Japan and spent 14 years at Lehman Brothers, where his roles included chief credit officer and chief financial officer for Lehman operations in New York, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.


He earned a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University and an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

He also serves as Chair of the Development Committee and the By-Laws Committee and has been an active board member since 2009.
