Joe is a retired Vice President of Aramark Corporation, a global food and facilities services firm headquartered in Philadelphia. He spent 38 years with Aramark in several leadership positions including Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions and Vice President, Corporate Planning, where his experience included mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, planning, reporting, and investment functions across a wide variety of service industries including food and facilities services, uniform and career apparel, healthcare, child-care, and senior-living services.

He has a BS in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Joe is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Association for Corporate Growth, a professional association of mergers and acquisitions professionals.

He joined the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House in 2015.
