Giulianna's Heart™ pendant was lovingly designed by Kimberly Rinaldi with the help of jewelry designer Steven Lagos. Kimberly created the pendant in honor of her daughter Giulianna,who was born with Down syndrome and cardiac defects. She was inspired by Giulianna's strength, determination, and strong will.
The Rinaldi family utilized the Ronald McDonald Family Room, operated by the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House, while Giulianna received treatment at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and in turn the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House is proud to be the beneficiary of this beautiful and meaningful piece of jewelry.
Heart pendants come in two sizes - small (5/8" in diameter) and large (1-1/8" in diameter). Hearts and chains are sterling silver. Pricing includes sales tax and shipping and all proceeds benefit the families we serve.
