About the Design Home 2010
Imagine yourself retreating from the hectic environment of the city to a wooded haven where a winding road veiled by a canopy of trees leads you to the serenity of country living. Welcome to the pastoral estate of Grey Fox Farm, the Philadelphia Magazine Design Home 2010.
Situated on 4.5 acres of Gwynedd Valley’s lush landscape, the Design Home 2010 will envelope you in the visionary craftsmanship of Philomeno & Salamone Custom Home Builders. Through unsurpassed quality and striking architectural statements, Philomeno & Salamone brings sophistication to the country.

Public Tour Information
Doors open for tours September 11, 2010, and the Design Home is open to the public for the following dates and times:
- September 11 through October 10
- Thursdays from 12pm to 8pm
- Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays from 11am to 4pm
- CLOSED Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Tickets are $20 per person and all proceeds benefit the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House. Tickets are now available online starting Monday, August 2, and are also available at the door or over the phone by calling 215.387.8431.
Please note, children over the age of 12 are welcome to visit the Design Home.
Parking & Directions
Please note, parking for the Design Home is at 1201 Sumneytown Pike, Spring House, PA (between Route 309 and Evans Road). Shuttle service, courtesy of Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company, will be available during regular tour hours. Parking at the Design Home is not permitted.

Design-a-Palooza
On Saturday, September 25th Design Home 2010 will host Design-a-Palooza. If you are looking for ideas to spruce up your home - from changing paint color or updating with molding, to adding hardscaping or changing lighting, this day is for you!
Formal Seminars will be held from 9:30am – 10:30am. From 11am until 4pm you can speak with our sponsors as you tour the home.
Green Day at Design Home
On Saturday, October 2nd, Green Day at the Design Home will be geared toward the homeowner who is looking for ways to become more energy efficient or green friendly, whether through lighting or solar products, rain harvesting, or replacing your windows.
Formal Seminars will be held from 9:30am – 10:30am. From 11am until 4pm you can speak with our sponsors as you tour the home.
