Weekend Manager

The Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House has an unique opportunity for someone who wishes to make a difference.  The part time manager position will oversee the operation of our amazing facility on weekends and some holidays. Other responsibilities include family and guest relations, volunteer management, property management, safety and security, and a variety of administrative functions.  The ideal candidate must have at least one year experience in a management (supervisory) or similar capacity. He or She must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and good judgment.  Candidates must be available to work most weekends including day and/or overnight shifts.

The heart of the House is our Volunteer program. The volunteers serve in many ways, helping to make the House a comfortable and supportive place for our families. The caring and cheerful volunteers of the PRMH are the first voices families hear on the telephone and the first smiling faces they see at the door. Whether it's planning and coordinating an evening family activity, supplying and cooking a meal for the families through our Guest Chef Program, being a part of our spring cleaning crew, or committing to volunteer on a shift each week, our volunteers make this House a home.
