Become A Leader In Training or Counselor In Training AT RMC

Thank you for your interest in becoming an LIT or CIT at RMC! Please read the information below carefully before completing an online application to determine if you are ready and willing to fulfill the commitment for this position.

The Leader in Training (LIT) and Counselor in Training (CIT) programs are for camper graduates and first-time patients and survivors, ages 18 and 19. These programs run concurrently with the camp program and focus on leadership skills through team building and hands-on experience with campers.

In order to be eligible as a LIT (Leader in Training), you must be at least 18, graduated high school at the time of camp and be either a cancer patient/survivor or a sibling. Siblings must have attended RMC in the past as a camper. To be eligible as a CIT (Counselor in Training), you should have completed the LIT program at RMC.

The RMC 2019 LIT/CIT program will take place from Saturday, August 10 through Saturday, August 17.
