Mike is the Managing Director of Yellow Thread Ventures an angel investment company. In 1995 Mike founded On Call International which was acquired in 2016 by the Tokio Marine Insurance Company Mike became interested in RMHC because of the work On Call does on behalf of children who become sick overseas.

Mike is also Court Appointed Special Advocate for Mercer and Burlington, served on the board of Habitat for Humanity of New Hampshire, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Education OPM program and Manhattan College.

Michael Kelly has been an active board member since 2018.
